I have moved a sofa in someone else's living room at eleven o'clock at night, alone, because I couldn't sleep until it faced the window. The owner was away. The sofa was heavy. The view, I promise you, was worth it.

That's me. Hello. I'm Lou, and I rearrange furniture for a living.

The official title is home stager and interior designer. I work from the Côte d'Azur, in a village in the hills above Menton, where the lemons are serious and the light does half my job for me.
